Canopy
Design
The canopy is manufactured from galvanised tube and finished
with pre-painted (e.g. Colorbond®) steel flat sheet. See
Colour Chart (Roller Doors) for colour
availability.
Posts
Galvanised steel posts of 100mm x 100mm x 3mm are concreted
600mm-800mm (depending on soil conditions) into the ground.
Cleats (of 50mm x 5mm thick) are fitted to the bottom of posts
to provide extra support in the concrete. NOTE: Concrete is
of 25MPA strength.
Installation
Standard installation consists of a freestanding canopy on
steel posts. The canopy is installed over the Roller Door
drum and is fixed to the steel support angles which are welded
to the steel posts. NOTE: Canopy installation may vary depending
on application. An extra 50mm or 100mm wide piece shall be
welded to posts where required for bracket support.
